:: Article: AI plans

This is gonna be a rather short post, because I haven't got a lot to say :-D

I've got some really juicy plans for the game's AI engine (will apply to both enemy and friendly behaviour), like "learning" (to what extent learning is possible with computers, so not 100% lifelike off course), etc.

Since I haven't got that nice new CPU this week I suppose (and hope) they'll send it early next week (Monday or Tuesday).

This is the lowdown on Talan's current development status:

- Story needs working on. I have lots of ideas, the though part is to bring it all together to create a nice and coherent story(line).
- No work on the code will be done before I get my new system up and running. I'm just sick of working with 3D graphics on a P233. Thanks to a faulty CPU, I might not get it up before next week (I can't imagine up and running before Friday at the soonest).

Hey, I just felt like posting this, probably under the influence of sleepyness...

I just came to think of that this site tells you nearly nothing about what Talan really is, it just says it's a new game and presents some screenshots.
